Hospital
Another important facet of
Pastor Serge’s ministries is a small hospital capable of
handling a wide range of medical needs including minor
surgery. It is staffed by a doctor, nurses and other
medical personnel, but there is always a need for more
help.
The hospital also
maintains a daily clinic during which time the patients
receive a Gospel message while they await their turn to
be seen. The goal is to meet the physical, as well as
spiritual needs of the people.
The devastating
earthquake in
January,
2010, brought hundreds of refugees seeking medical
attention with many requiring an extended hospital
stay. This is in addition to the regular number of
patients that come to the clinic each day.
Because the hospital
operates as a ministry, there is always a need for
medicines, especially antibiotics, and other medical
supplies. These items can be purchased locally in
Cap-Haitian and from the Dominican Republic. Please
consider prayerfully and financially supporting this
